OUR PASTA
The Dibenedetto Pasta Factory boasts an outstanding location: Altamura, an Apulian city internationally renowned for its delicious bread, the only European product to have achieved DOP status; for its grain market, the biggest in Italy; and for its mastery in pastry arts.
So we have made our roots into an added value, which, along with the quality of the ingredients and the experience of our master pasta makers in our industrial workshop, has created the delicious flavour and health benefits of our dried pasta.
Indeed, Dibenedetto Pasta is the fruit of shared healthy values throughout the production chain, including artisan practices, respect for tradition, a strong sense of social responsibility, environmental protection, transparency of processes, and strict control of hygiene and food safety.
These values, along with pride, commitment and determination, have been passed down for generations, and still today contribute to making our dried pasta ever more well-known, appreciated and chosen by consumers all over the world.
