PASTA MAKERS SINCE 1982

DIBENEDETTO

Our business dates back to 1982, when Giovanni Dibenedetto decided to bet everything on his roots.

An admirer of the food culture of his country and local culinary traditions, he invested his resources in a pasta factory.

Now known and distributed all over Italy and abroad, Dibenedetto Pasta tells the story of its careful production that follows artisan tradition, the high quality of its ingredients, and the innovation of a technological, sustainable company.

With extensive experience in pastry arts and a deep-rooted passion for the art of pasta-making, the Dibenedetto pasta factory offers an abundantly wide range of shapes of dried pasta, from regional specialities to bronze-drawn pastas, from the Tris range to the Italia range, to satisfy even the most demanding palates at the table.

ENVIRONMENTALLY AWARE INNOVATORS

RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT

Respect for the environment is one of the fundamental tenets of our company.

Our most cutting-edge processing technology is mainly designed to save energy, respect the environment and reduce Co2 emissions, as well as to guarantee the food safety of the pasta produced at our factories.

The Dibenedetto pasta factory uses solar panels at its facilities, and thanks to this clean energy we can guarantee a substantial reduction in Co2 emissions, respecting the region around us and aiming to improve its quality of life.

DIGITALISED WAREHOUSE AND STORAGE

Our pasta factory has a highly digitised warehouse and storage process, because we aim to improve supply chain flows every day and because we strongly believe in technology and innovation.

Optimising the goods picking and storage processes allows us to increase the performance, through artificial intelligence and automatic handling, not only of the logistics systems but of the entire production and distribution chain, resulting in an extremely virtuous workflow and exchange of information between departments.
