Entrepreneurial activity dates back to 1982, when Giovanni Dibenedetto decided to bet everything on their own roots.

 

Estimator of the gastronomic culture of their land and local culinary traditions invested its resources in a factory. His idea of pasta conjugated a modern vision of the company with the desire to preserve intact the artisanal production systems.
